Natalie our Senior Business Development Executive. I began my career with Coach House as a Business Development Executive in May 2016, after working in homeware and seasonal buying. I always had a strong interest in interiors, fashion and following trends.
During the extensive training period, I spent time with each department which enabled me to see the product being designed in house to being despatched to such a variety of different accounts across the UK, Ireland and overseas. I attended external sales training courses, took part in some great showroom events as well as meeting some of our customers to learn about their exciting businesses and new developments. The in-depth training allowed me understand the unique family business and the extensive product range.
This allowed me to gain a solid understanding of what the role involves and equipped me with the skills necessary to hit the ground running. The team here at Coach House are extremely welcoming and always happy to help!
My favourite part about the role is meeting and working with so many interesting and creative people. I love learning about my customers businesses and helping them to grow. Our customer base is so varied which means I am always learning something new.
I have now progressed within the company to more of a Senior role within the team and Coach House still invest in my personal development and training, to add to this I feel my knowledge of the industry is always expanding due to the exciting trips we go on for ideas and inspiration and events we host with some of the industry experts.
